I have SLC but haven't tried it yet, but this passenger2 is very similar to a legacy FSPassengers back in FS09 and FSX. We need to use so many different add-ons to achieve career modes. All the airline management stuff is really nothing. For example, I use APL Chapter 2 for my airline career, pacx and gsx. SLC has a little more detail on the passengers with the rolling log of their thoughts in flight, and more varied passenger reactions but it's also WAY more harsh.
